Custom SSLs are not currently supported. However, we do have a commercial off-the shelf solution that ensures quality of service and security for our customers which you can use instead if desired!

I already have an SSL certificate on my server, can I upload it to the platform?

Yes, you can purge a single endpoint (file or path) from the purge feature found in your project's dashboard.

Can I purge just a single file or path from the CDN?

There are many reasons why this might happen. If you are a visitor on a site that uses the WAF, please contact the site manager directly and provide them with the Reference ID. They will be able to adjust their WAF rules accordingly. If you are a customer, you can allow your IP addresses, found in your project settings, or don't hesitate to contact our 24x7 support via chat or ticket.

What should I do if I get a "403 Forbidden" error message?

The Application Delivery Network includes DDoS protection at the application layer and by default for all sites. For added peace of mind, you can also enable rate limiting to protect your site from attackers who may try loading sophisticated attacks. 

Does the WAF have DDoS protection capabilities?

Edgeport Support the following records: A, AAAA, CAA, ANAME, CNAME, MX, SRV, TXT, and NS.

What DNS records does Edgeport Support?

Once you add your DNS records to the zone, log into your DNS provider and replace the current NameServers with the Edgeport name servers shown on your DNS Zone page in the project settings.

I created a DNS Zone for my domain in the platform and added all my records. How can I now migrate to Edgeport DNS?

Yes, using Edgeport DNS is not a prerequisite for using our services, even though we recommend it. You can point your domain to our services from any DNS provider.

I am using a different DNS provider and would like to keep that as it is. Can I still integrate with the Edgeport ADN and WAF?
